String for longbows available in variable lengths crafted out of D97 string. Fast flight strings made with D97 should only be used with a reinforced product in the limb tips such as phenolic. String colors are a blend of brown, black, gray and sometimes green. If you have a color preference, please write this in your order notes and we will do our best to match your request. Bear in mind that these are not made in our shop, so we are limited on offerings.
Our string supplier’s standard is to buy a string that is two inches shorter than the length of your bow. Adjustments are made in the length of the string through small changes in the number of twists. Please do your research to learn more about adjusting your string for the proper tension for your bow.
