Each set is precision-ground to order at the Bending Branch shop to ensure the exact tolerances required for high-end bow building.

Butt Thickness: Customizable from .030″ to .125″.
Taper Options:
- .000″ per inch (parallel)
- .001″ per inch
- .002″ per inch
For .002″ taper, you must order 0.100″ butt thickness or more. For .001″ taper, you must order 0.070″ butt thickness or larger. If you see the message “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination,” it means that the lam thickness you chose is too small to create the taper rate you have chosen. The result will be a thickness of 0.000″ before I reach the 36″ length.

To ensure maximum precision, all laminations are cut to order. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for production before your order ships.
